Safety, order & the law
- Smoke or use flammable or explosive substances in the room.
- Organise gambling, prostitution, use prohibited substances, disturb public order or commit other unlawful acts.
Cleanliness & care of the space
- Bring pets into the homestay during the stay.
- Nail, stick or decorate walls and furniture without permission; damage, lose or misplace Maison M property.
- Eat or drink on the bed or bedding, to avoid damage.
- Discard leftover food, toilet paper, plastic waste or bags into sinks or toilets.
- Leave used dishes unwashed; please rinse them after use to help keep the space clean.
Guests who intentionally breach these rules are responsible under the law and must compensate Maison M for any resulting damage.
